Job Description

Being an important coordinator for HR topics/ HR projects in APAC region under Rhenus Warehousing Solutions BU, for country HR management and regional employees as well as support the regional HR team in setting new standards and implementing new HR projects with country HR teams.

  • Support Regional HR Manager, to constructive cooperation with function heads/ HR teams for frequent communication, alignment, project implementation, and monthly HR controlling reports.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Support Regional HR Manager to implement HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Manage the recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency.
  • Coordinate and execute projects across the HR organization including tracking and reporting on risks/ issues. Proactively anticipate/ identify unresolved items, propose solutions and escalate to the leadership team in a timely manner
  • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, working closely with Regional HR Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate communication between employees and leadership during periods of change.
  • Proactively collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization (Country management, Country HRs managers, regional teams, etc) to connect dots and coordinate initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or a related field, with regional or multi-site exposure preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of regional labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logistic and warehousing background will be a plus
