Job Description

As the Regional Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expand business opportunities. The focus will be on building and supporting strategic initiatives that generate sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring full alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and long-term business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • You will develop sales strategies and deliver sales units and financial to the company, improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost saving, increase customer satisfaction
  • You will provide clear analysis of customers & markets and to develop strategies and actions plan to grow and deliver targets
  • You will develop and grow sub-retailer networks to improve weighted distribution of the Goodyear products. In addition, to establish new Aligned Distributors to deliver the right market shares of Goodyear
  • You will work closely with the Channel Manager to ensure delivery of customer management and sales activities
  • You will monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the channel in your territory and ensure delivery of sales and financial targets
  • You will manage credit management to align with cash flow targets
  • You will execute sales plan and strategies to build and develop strong partnership with aligned distributors
  • You will work closely with team members, to develop strong team with successors, and to deliver key account planning and team KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience

What Will Set You Apart

  • You demonstrate strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals
  • You have excellent English with strong computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • You are able to travel in upcountry
