As part of the company's strategy Go Vertical working towards International Key Accounts we have established new position as Regional Key Account Manager for the Asia region. Geographical focus initially on Southeast Asia and China.
Drive company's business development in regional verticals focus Hospitality. Later followed by Hotel and Quick Service Restaurants.
The sales model will be a mix of direct and indirect sales (partners/distributors) depending on market.
Create and execute a strong business development plan
Align plans and activities with local sales team in direct markets and sales manager + partners/distributors in indirect markets.
Network and build trusting relationships with design consultants, developers, investors and other clients.
Provide consultancy and product expertise for design consultants and clients.
In collaboration with the design team, create playground and fitness proposals that are in line with or exceeding customer expectations.
Take ownership of commercial and contractual sales negotiations to close orders advantageously for the company and team.
Follow up on delivered projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
