As the Regional Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, driving, and delivering learning initiatives that build leadership capability, enhance professional skills, and strengthen operational excellence across the region. Partnering closely with business leaders and Country HR colleagues, you will design and implement impactful learning programs that align with business priorities, support employee growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role balances strategic program design with hands-on execution, ensuring consistency of standards while tailoring solutions to meet local country needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Regional Learning Strategy – Translate organizational goals into a regional L&D roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR strategy.
- Program Design & Delivery – Develop, localize, and roll out programs that build leadership capability, frontline excellence, and functional skills across Linfox International Group.
- Capability Development – Partner with business units to identify skill gaps across countries and translate them into structured learning solutions, design interventions, and ensure workforce readiness for current and future business needs.
- Learning Platforms & Tools – Oversee the deployment and adoption of digital learning platforms and systems, driving employee engagement and maximizing ROI.
- Leadership Development – Lead regional initiatives to strengthen people leadership skills, including facilitation of leadership workshops, coaching and action learning projects.
- Talent Review and Succession Plan – Develop Talent Review and Succession Planning Framework, facilitate talent pool discussions, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership pipeline and succession readiness
- Learning Experience & Innovation - Leverage digital platforms (LMS, e-learning) to scale learning effectively. Introduce modern learning approaches (blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning) and ensure modern learning are landed effectively across countries.
- Evaluation & Reporting – Measure effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, impact studies, and data analytics, providing insights to stakeholders. Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data insights
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong partnerships with country HR, functional heads, and external learning partners to deliver seamless learning experiences. Act as a trusted advisor on learning and organizational capability.
- Governance & Standards – Ensure regional consistency of learning frameworks, policies, and processes while respecting flexibility for local market needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive L&D experience, preferably in a regional or multi-country role.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design experience.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial services sector.
- Proven success in driving leadership development programs.
- Certification in instructional design, coaching, or adult learning methodologies (e.g., CPTD, MBTI, Kirkpatrick).
