Role Description
The Regional Marketing Executive is responsible for bridging strategic planning and execution by managing the full marketing lifecycle across assigned international markets, including market analysis, campaign planning, content execution, and performance tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Market Logic
- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize localized marketing campaigns tailored to specific regional behaviors and gaming trends.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics, social media engagement, and ROI to refine marketing tactics and improve user acquisition.
- Competitor & Trend Analysis: Monitor international gaming landscapes, esports events, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
2. Creative & Content Execution
- Content Ecosystem Management: Map out and own the weekly content calendars across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord.
- Content Creation: Produce high-engagement, short-form visual and video assets using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop.
- KOL & Community Strategy: Identify, negotiate with, and manage regional gaming creators (KOLs) while actively nurturing online player communities to build brand trust.
- Collaboration with Internal teams: Partner with internal product and development teams to align promotional timelines with major game updates and patches.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution (ideally within gaming, e-commerce, or tech).
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to explain the why behind marketing decisions using data, player insights, or market logic.
- Execution Power: A proven track record of managing projects from concept to final delivery, including hands-on content creation.
- Tools: Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) and social analytics tools.
- Gaming DNA: Deep understanding of modern gaming culture and target titles (MLBB, PUBG, Free Fire, Valorant, Hoyoverse).
- Communication: Strong English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with regional partners and internal teams.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end campaign ownership, social media content, or personal projects is required.
