Are you a Regional Marketing Specialist with a passion for MOBA games and deep knowledge of the Thai gaming community

We're hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to execute localized marketing campaigns, manage regional social media channels, and strengthen engagement with the Thai MOBA player community. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community management, and esports culture, acting as a key bridge between the global marketing strategy and the local player base.

About the role

As Regional Marketing Specialist, you will lead the execution of local marketing initiatives, manage regional social media platforms, and collaborate closely with influencers, creators, and community leaders. You will translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant initiatives while maintaining strong connections with the regional MOBA community.

You will also provide insights into player sentiment, community trends, and the competitive gaming landscape to help refine marketing strategies.

What you'll do

Local marketing execution

  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute regional campaigns and community-driven initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee local content productions including promotional shoots
  • Manage end-to-end communication with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Track content delivery timelines and ensure successful campaign launches
  • Repurpose influencer-generated content for additional distribution channels

Social media and community management

  • Manage official regional social media channels
  • Publish engaging content tailored to the local gaming audience
  • Develop interactive campaigns that drive community growth and engagement
  • Monitor player discussions and respond to comments to maintain a positive community environment
  • Collect player feedback and report insights to internal teams

Local insights and strategy

  • Monitor regional trends within the MOBA and mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Provide market insights to support marketing strategy and campaign planning
  • Translate community feedback into actionable marketing recommendations

Crisis communication support

  • Monitor public sentiment across social platforms and gaming communities
  • Provide rapid feedback during emerging issues or community discussions
  • Support the development and execution of regional crisis communication processes

What we're looking for

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or esports
  • Experience working within the mobile gaming or MOBA ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with influencers or gaming communities

Skills

  • Native-level Thai and professional working proficiency in English
  • Deep understanding of MOBA gameplay and the regional player community
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to translate local insights into marketing actions

Nice to have

  • Experience working with gaming influencers, esports communities, or live-service titles
  • Experience managing regional marketing campaigns for global game publishers
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign performance tracking
