Regional Procurement Manager - Raw Materials (Food & Beverage)
We are looking for an experienced Regional Procurement Manager to lead raw material sourcing for a growing Food & Beverage manufacturing business.
The role will focus on strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and supply continuity, while working closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and purchasing strategies for key raw materials.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiation, contracts, and performance.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks.
- Drive cost savings and identify alternative sources.
- Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on business and NPD requirements.
- Support regional sourcing initiatives across SEA/APAC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage
- Strong experience in raw material sourcing and supplier negotiation.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Regional procurement experience is highly preferred.
- Good command of Thai and English.
