About Role

Job Title: Regional PSP Audit & Compliance Specialist

Work Experience: At least 24 years of experience in Patient Access Programs/ Case Management, or QA/Compliance in Pharma, CRO, Hospital, Digital Health. Audit experience across multiple countries or clients is an advantage. Experience using PSP or digital CRM platforms preferred.

Location: Thailand (Hybrid)

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related

We are seeking a Regional PSP Audit & Compliance Specialist to support multi-country client audits across our Patient Support Programs (PSP). This role ensures compliance, documentation quality, and audit readiness across multiple markets, requiring strong cross-cultural communication, excellent command of English, and familiarity with PSP operations.

Expectations from you

1.Audit & Compliance Preparation

  • Lead preparation for client audits across multiple countries and therapeutic areas.
  • Ensure alignment with client SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory/ethical standards per market.
  • Maintain regional audit documentation, evidence logs, CAPA actions, and controlled documents.
  • Conduct internal readiness assessments and close compliance gaps proactively.

2.Documentation & Data Quality

  • Review patient case files, service logs, communications records, consent forms, and PV reports for completeness and compliance.
  • Manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Change Controls, Training Records, and CAPA logs.
  • Ensure patient data privacy compliance (PDPA, GDPR-like, country-specific guidelines).

3.Client Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as documentation point-of-contact during audits.
  • Coordinate with regional client teams, medical, operations, QA, and commercial.
  • Communicate audit plans, agendas, findings, and CAPA recommendations clearly in English.

4.Training & Process Standardization

  • Support audit-related training for PSP teams across markets.
  • Contribute to standardizing documentation and audit frameworks across countries.
  • Recommend process improvements for data quality and audit outcomes.
