Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and reformulate new products, aligning with consumer trends, nutritional goals, and brand strategy.
- Conduct trials, evaluate prototypes, and lead scale-up processes from lab to production.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and ingredient sourcing evaluations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory updates relevant to snack innovation.
- Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, shelf-life studies, and process guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Proven expertise & experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, processing technologies, and sensory evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of Thai FDA and / or SEA Food Regulations
- Experience with pilot plant trials and manufacturing scale-up.
- Familiarity with local and international food safety regulations and labeling laws.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and / or English and project management abilities.
