Role: Regional Retail GTM Manager
Location: Rama 9, Huai Khwang, Bangkok
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal product GTM (Go-To-Market) team, marketing team, sales team and etc to well plan all retail materials deployment plan.
- Align with HQ of all Product Retail Preparation and related departments.
- Develop creative Go-To-Market Retail Plans and initiatives with the partners.
- Designs and implement Retail campaigns and has a perfect understanding of what added value means.
- Ensure all POSM planning, production & deployment within timeline/product life cycle.
- Manage all POSM from sourcing, production & delivery according to company processes and policies.
- Be the owner of product POSM, provide planogram and display guideline deployment to the stakeholders.
- Responsible on costing analysis for all event which required POSM but not limited to dealer roadshow, in store promotion and etc
- Countries to cover : 14 emergent market countries in APAC including Thailand (as regional hub) Thailand,Philippines, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, and Nepal, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia/NZ, Taiwan.
Required Experience
- More than 5 years of work experience in retail, experience in store operations or related fields. Those with successful experience store expansion cases are preferred.
- Background in Smartphone or Consumer Electronics products is much preferred.
