Working Location: New Delhi, India (Onsite; company provides 4 round-trip flights back to Thailand)
Summary: Responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a 10+ person team, and driving sales growth and brand visibility for Me-O and SmartHeart in India. This includes controlling sales volume and revenue, managing field marketing and budgets, expanding product SKUs, and exploring new sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Work with management team to set up annual sales target and business plan
- Plan, implement and manage all sale functions.
- Maintain and develop new potential clients and markets
- Build up and regularly improve team to ensure delivering customer's need and achieving target
- Analyze market trends and competitor's activities.
- Analyze market size, and market share of our brand compare to competitor's brand.
- Seeking sales opportunities for the assigned territory
- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyze marketing information (sales, profit, competitors)
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer, market and trade analysis through main business partner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in related field
- At least 3 years direct experiences in Trade Sales or related business
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Skill in negotiation and conflict resolution, particularly in dealing with clients, suppliers and employees.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and other relevant information.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with self-initiative
