Job Description

About The Role

This is a Region Sales Manager role. You will utilise your past sales experience to build and grow relationships with new clients and channel partners. With a consultative approach, you will be required to support business opportunity qualification and related business development activities. In addition, you would be working with our Technology and Marketing teams in promotion events, presentation and proposal development, and discussion meetings with clients/partners to articulate the value propositions of HSG offerings. This role expects the person to have experience in selling banking solution, and a good understanding of the current technology trends in South East Asia, especially on adoption of fintech services, cloud and AI is definite plus for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market activities to promote HSG offerings to Thailand market
  • Build and expand the customer base in the region
  • Engage with customers to understand their business strategies and drivers and align with HSG Solutions
  • Focus on delivering outstanding customer experience and outcomes through aligning HSG solutions to meet our customers objectives. You would facilitate this through the development of long-term Business Transformation strategies for customers
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from creation of a prospect pipeline to contract execution onboarding of new accounts
  • Deliver excellent service with a consultative approach to meet targets

About You

  • relevant experience in Consulting / IT services industry
  • 2+ years in the areas of sales, business development and/or channel sales - core banking IT solutions essential
  • Experience of selling to banks in Thailand and the SEA region, with established relationship with Senior Management of financial institutions
  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering or Business
  • Experience in submitting tenders and respond to RFP
  • History of achieving targets and excelling in the sales arena
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and local language (Spoken and Written)
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus

Salary range:2000USD-4000USD/month
