Job Description

Our client is a MNC company in the food ingredients sector, seeking a Head of Commercial who will be responsible for developing, strengthening, and expanding the distributor channel across the Food Service market including QSR customers, HoReCa groups, export-driven clients, B2B operators, caf and bakery networks. This regional leadership role is critical in accelerating market penetration, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new commercial growth opportunities for the organization in one of the fastest-growing regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the commercial team, driving revenue growth, accurate sales forecasting, and market expansion strategies

Define, refine, and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Domestic and Export

Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with QSR customers, HoReCa operators, export clients, B2B partners, regional accounts, and key decision-makers

Identify new business opportunities and proactively design initiatives to increase market share

Strengthen and expand the distributor network, ensuring operational capability, market competitiveness, and performance excellence

Collaborate closely with Product Development, R&D and others

Promote and support group-wide initiatives in sustainability, responsible sourcing and product innovation

Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, provide regional commercial reporting, and act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and ownership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree in Marketing or Business is an advantage

Over 10 years of experience leading commercial or sales teams, with a total of 15+ years in B2B sales or commercial roles ideally within food ingredients product.

Proven leadership in strategic account management and strong networking capabilities, with a successful sales track record across QSR, HoReCa, export markets, and B2B channels

Strong strategic planning ability with commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making

Excellent relationship-building skills, strong KPI mindset, with the ability to communicate and influence at senior executive levels

Entrepreneurial, resilient, proactive, and driven by creating commercial impact

Fluent English , Thai
