Job Description

The industry solution strategist is responsible for our industry solution playbook/best practices development. Key responsibilities including:

  • Strategy & Program Leadership

Design and Execute Regional Enablement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive regional sales enablement strategy and addresses the unique market needs, skill gaps, and priorities of the local sales teams.

  • Industry Solution Playbook Development:

Design, author, and continuously refine comprehensive solution playbooks for the advertising industry, outlining end-to-end processes, frameworks, and recommended approaches for engaging, selling to, and servicing advertising clients.

  • Best Practice & Case Study Building:

Research and analyze successful projects, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to gather, document, and standardize best practices for advertisers adoption,

  • Training and Onboarding

Design and Implement learning modules for all sales team to accelerate their productivity through ongoing training programs, workshops, and certifications focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and value selling.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, consulting, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to gather input, validate playbook approaches, and ensure best practices are actionable and resonant with both internal teams and advertising customers.

  • Internal Sales Enablement & Training:

Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to educate internal teams on newly developed playbooks, ensuring consistent understanding and application across all regions and business units.

  • Customer Adoption Support:

Support customer-facing teams in tailoring and deploying playbooks for specific client engagements; serve as a subject matter expert during discovery, planning, and onboarding phases.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, or a similar strategic role
  • Deep expertise in media planning/buying, ideally gained within an advertising brand, digital publisher, or leading ad platform (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic partners).
  • Demonstrate experience in building advertising solutionsincluding developing sales proposals, crafting industry solutions & playbooks, and customizing cross-channel media strategies to address diverse client objectives.
  • Strong analytical and research skills; ability to gather, synthesize, and translate complex information into actionable playbooks and guidelines.
  • Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate projects/ solutions and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Thai
