We are seeking a High-Calibre Regional Sales Management Specialist to spearhead our commercial growth and optimize market presence within the designated region.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the key driver of our regional sales strategy. You will be responsible for fortifying relationships with distributor(s), key clients, and dealers, while seamlessly aligning field insights with corporate objectives to maximize market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies that are specific to the regional market.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitors, and comprehend market trends through market research.
- To ensure that targets are met and identify areas for improvement, it is important to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide training and assistance to sales staff and dealers to enhance their knowledge of products and sales techniques.
- Create and present regular sales reports to senior management, emphasizing successes, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Thai and English, or Thai and Chinese.
- Familiar with Thailand's passenger car industry; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong experience in sales reporting and automotive market analysis.
- Experience in passenger car regional sales management is an advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently for business.
- Responsible, proactive attitude with strong learning ability.
- Valid driver's license required.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
