Regional Sales Manager, Dining & Lifestyle Asia (excluding Mainland China) Villeroy & Boch - Drive Growth & Brand Power in International Markets

Summary: Are you a passionate marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment Do you love crafting compelling brand experiences and driving sales We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Dining & Lifestyle division in Thailand domestics to spearhead our growth in key distributor markets. You'll be the driving force behind impactful campaigns, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Villeroy & Boch's Dining & Lifestyle (DL) business across Asia (excluding Mainland China). Your primary focus will be driving sustainable growth by managing existing distributors, entering new markets, and developing a scalable distributor operating model. Success in this role will establish Villeroy & Boch as a leading premium European lifestyle brand in the region.

  • Drive Growth in Existing Distributor Markets: Be the expert for your region, support existing distributors to boost sales, and keep an eye on market trends.
  • Expand into New Markets: Find and set up new distributors in untouched areas, and create plans for entering those markets successfully.
  • Develop & Optimize Distributor Operating Model: Build a strong system for distributors, set clear goals and reports, and provide training.
  • Maximize Cross-Functional Synergies: Team up with other departments, find new ways to sell products, and work with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in sales within the premium/luxury consumer goods industry, preferably in tableware, home decor, or lifestyle products.
  • Proven distributor management experience in Asia, including joint business planning and performance optimization.
  • Strong regional market knowledge (Asia or ANZ experience is a plus).
  • Experience in multiple sales channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale).
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Masters will be a plus.
  • Highly fluent in English skills
