Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive market development and manage key accounts across international markets. The role will focus on developing strategic sales plans, managing large-scale projects, and building strong relationships with major clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key regional markets and major industry accounts
- Manage large projects and bidding processes, coordinating internal and external resources
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Support and guide junior sales team members when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of sales experience, including overseas sales or key account management
- Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)
- Experience managing large projects and complex sales cycles
- Strong strategic thinking, market insight, and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from environmental/industrial equipment, machinery are highly preferred.
