Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Singapore

About Us:

The client is a European manufacturer specializing in plastic products for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. With a strong global footprint, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead growth in the South Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

Own turnover and results for the assigned sales territory
Acquire new customers and provide technical/commercial support to newly onboarded accounts
Coordinate customer projects in collaboration with HQ
Conduct market research on regional customer base, applications, and competitive landscape
Support budget planning for the assigned territory

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Plastics Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
7-10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical industries
Strong track record of growing business and winning new projects
Ability to translate market, customer, and application needs into effective sales strategies
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally for business development
