  • Expanding our team in Thailand, we are looking for the Regional Sales Manager.

Main Responsiblities:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients for our new energy product line to achieve and exceed assigned regional sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients. Serve as their primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and promoting the full value of our company's solutions.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback. Translate insights into actionable strategies to refine sales plans and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal technical, product, and customer support teams to resolve client issues efficiently, ensure seamless project delivery, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Execute additional strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by leadership to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the energy, industrial automation, or related technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thailand.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and build sales pipeline.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently.
