We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Delhi NCR region by developing enterprise accounts, managing channel partners, and expanding our customer base.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct and channel sales across Delhi NCR, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across Delhi NCR through direct enterprise sales and channel partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage relationships with system integrators, consultants, distributors, OEM partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Generate business from Corporate, Government, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, and solution presentations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customer solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants and influencers to generate project opportunities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer events, seminars, and technology showcases.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of B2B Sales experience in Professional AV, Enterprise IT, Unified Communication, Active LED, Interactive Displays, or Digital Signage.
  • Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Delhi NCR.
  • Experience working with System Integrators, Consultants, Dealers, and Corporate Accounts.
  • Strong network within Delhi NCR enterprise market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
