What You'll Do
- Find and win partnerships with Thai OEMs who build commercial freezers, bottle coolers, and kitchen refrigeration
- Sell directly into factory engineering teams, helping them design Elitech controllers into their units
- Manage refrigeration spare-parts distributors and wholesalers across Thailand
- Hit sales targets and keep pricing and accounts healthy
What You Need
- 5+ years selling into commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial automation in Thailand — OEM or component sales both work
- A track record of signing long-term supply deals with manufacturing plants
- Comfortable reading refrigeration electrical schematics and explaining how digital controllers talk to compressors and fans
- fluent Thai + enough English to work with our global team
- Based anywhere in Thailand, but willing to travel 60% to visit clients and factories
Nice to Have
- Experience with Danfoss, Dixell, Carel, Eliwell, or Thai OEMs like Sanden / Patana
- Existing contacts in procurement or R&D at Thai refrigeration manufacturers
- Familiarity with IoT or cloud-based temperature monitoring
- Engineering or Business degree
