Lead and manage a team of Senior Key Account Managers with a clear mandate to win B2B National Key Accounts and B2B Key Accounts for the company.
Define and execute Go-To-Market strategies and Sales Force tactics to acquire new B2B customers, aligned with both Global and Thailand business objectives.
Take full ownership of the B2B new business acquisition pipeline, including prospecting, targeting, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing complex sales with large corporate customers.
Lead and support the team in managing complex B2B sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers within customer organizations.
Drive pricing strategy, product selection, and commercial margin to ensure profitable acquisition of new B2B National Key Accounts and Key Accounts.
Promote digital solutions and operational efficiency as key differentiators in winning large and complex B2B customers.
Ensure all team members have the required knowledge, skills, and motivation to succeed in winning B2B new business; performance is monitored regularly with clear actions taken when required.
Establish and continuously improve Corporate and Local Best Practices related to B2B strategic selling, competitive bidding, and key account acquisition.
Lead recruitment and onboarding of Senior Key Account Managers to build a high-performing, results-driven B2B sales team.
Inspire and lead by example through active field engagement, coaching deal strategy, customer approach, and senior-level B2B negotiations.
Represent Thailand in Global Corporate Account Sales Meetings and Calls, contributing to international alignment on B2B key account acquisition strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, promoting a professional, ethical, and high-performance B2B sales environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role, with a strong track record of winning B2B National Key Accounts and B2B Key Accounts.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in B2B sales, advanced sales methodologies, complex sales cycles, and strategic deal closing.
Highly process-driven, structured, and capable of leading and supervising senior sales professionals.
Results-oriented, resilient, and competitive, with excellent execution and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior B2B decision-makers.
Excellent Thai and English, both spoken and written.
