Regional Sales Manager, OEM & Aftermarket (APAC)

Amata City Chonburi, Thailand / Regional role

As Regional Sales Manager, OEM & Aftermarket (APAC), you will lead business expansion across Asia Pacific (excluding Australia & New Zealand), driving new revenue through both OEM and aftermarket channels. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on market development, customer acquisition, and channel expansion across multiple countries.

You will operate as a front-line business leader without direct people management responsibilities, owning your markets end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure and growth execution.

You'll work at the center of regional growth, developing new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and partners, while aligning internal teams to deliver commercial success. With strong exposure to regional markets and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to directly shape the company's footprint across APAC.

What you'll be doing

You'll drive regional sales growth and market expansion across OEM and aftermarket channels throughout APAC.

Regional Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Define and execute regional sales strategy across OEM and aftermarket segments
  • Identify and develop new markets, customers, and channel opportunities across APAC
  • Build and expand distributor networks and aftermarket channels in targeted countries
  • Drive early engagement with OEM customers to secure participation in future programs

Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Own regional sales targets, pipeline development, and revenue growth
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business
  • Drive pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and contract agreements
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking

Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across Thailand
  • Act as the primary commercial interface for customer negotiations and escalation management
  • Lead complex, high-value negotiations and long-term supply agreements
  • Represent the organization in executive-level customer discussions and industry engagements

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and sales initiatives
  • Identify emerging opportunities across OEM platforms and aftermarket segments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, product, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Align customer requirements with internal capabilities for successful delivery
  • Support execution from business acquisition through order fulfillment and after-sales

Regional Presence & Business Development

  • Travel across Asia Pacific (excluding ANZ) to develop relationships and expand market footprint
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits
  • Strengthen brand visibility and accelerate growth across multiple markets

Who we're looking for

Background & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management within OEM and/or aftermarket environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving regional growth and acquiring new business opportunities across international markets
  • Experience working with distributor networks and multi-country customer portfolios in APAC
  • Background in automotive, components, or related industries is preferred

  • Multi-language capability (e.g., Chinese, Japanese)
