Regional Sales Manager – Thailand (Temperature Control Solutions)

1. Job Summary

Elitech is a global leader in environmental monitoring and control solutions for the cold chain, HVACR, and life sciences industries. With our new manufacturing facility in TFD Industrial Park, Chachoengsao, we are expanding our Thai footprint and seeking a high-caliber professional to drive our local growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

OEM Development: Proactively identify and partner with major Thai manufacturers of commercial freezers, bottle coolers, and professional kitchen refrigeration.

Solution Selling: Consult with clients engineering teams to integrate Elitech Thermostats into their product designs.

Channel Governance: Manage and expand a network of specialized wholesalers who focus on refrigeration spare parts and components.

Competitor Displacement: Execute strategies to gain market share from legacy controller brands by demonstrating Elitech's superior UI/UX and connectivity features.

Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the Thai F&B and retail sectors to anticipate changes in freezer production demands.

Financial Oversight: Manage sales targets, pricing integrity, and accounts receivable within the local economic environment.

3.Must-have Qualifications

Industry Background: Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Commercial Refrigeration industry.

Target Experience: Must have worked for a company involved in Thermostats/Controllers or a Commercial Freezer manufacturer. Experience with brands like Danfoss, Dixell, Carel, or major Thai OEMs (e.g., Sanden Intercool, Patana Intercool) is highly valued.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of refrigeration electrical systems and how Digital Controllers interact with compressors and fans.

Language: Professional Thai and Professional English for global team collaboration.

Sales DNA: A Hunter mindset with a proven track record of securing long-term Supply Agreements with manufacturing plants.

Mobility: Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60% within Thailand.

4.Preferred Qualifications

IoT Experience: Familiarity with cloud-based temperature monitoring and smart controllers.

Established Network: Ready-to-use contacts within the procurement and R&D departments of Thailand's top refrigeration OEMs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
