Regional Sales Manager Dining & Lifestyle Asia Bangkok | Asia (excluding Mainland China)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to shape and expand a premium European Dining & Lifestyle brand across Asia. This is a senior commercial role with full ownership of distributor performance, regional growth, and market expansion, with Korea as a key focus market.

Your role:

  • Lead and elevate distributor performance through strategic planning, demand creation, and refined retail execution
  • Own regional sales delivery, forecasting, and market performance across existing territories
  • Identify and develop new distributor partnerships in high-potential, untapped markets
  • Build a scalable, best-in-class distributor operating model aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels

About you:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within luxury or premium lifestyle brands (home, dcor, or design-led categories preferred)
  • Strong track record in distributor management across Asia
  • Commercially astute, analytical, and confident in senior-level negotiations
  • Experience across omnichannel environments is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus
