Job Descriptions

1.Developing and managing potential customers in the responsible region

2.Discovering and guiding customers needs, following up with the orders, analyzing the reasons for lost orders and preparing related reports.

3.Establishing and maintaining a customer file system within the region

4.Developing and maintaining trust relationship with customers

5.Collecting information of the market and the industry

6.Preparing weekly & monthly report

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Familiar with local market, Heavy machinery, construction machinery knowledge on priority or Heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Arial Work Machinery, Mining etc.
3. Well Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
5. Problem solving skill.Good collaborations and teamwork.
6. Good computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail communication.
7. Have worked in Laos and have relevant experience in selling heavy machinery
