The company has a strong presence in Asia and is focused on driving commercial excellence and governance across its regional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the execution of regional sales performance frameworks across Asia, ensuring alignment and consistency while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Drive CRM effectiveness and data governance by improving system adoption, maintaining high data quality standards, and enabling accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Deliver actionable sales insights through advanced analytics (Excel, Power BI), while collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT to enhance sales efficiency and governance.
Qualifications :
- over 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial performance, business analytics, or governance within a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred).
- Proven ability to support system rollouts, process improvement initiatives, and user training across diverse regional teams.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills across cultures and time zones.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
