Regional Solution Design Manager, APAC Warehousing Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

Teammate

Work with the Regional Head of Solutions Design to provide and develop Solutions to Warehousing projects and tenders that meet the customer's needs across APAC regions.

Industrial knowledge

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of warehousing services and industry trends to ensure that solutions are innovative and competitive.

Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs while also aligning with company goals and objectives.

Work closely with Sales and Business Development to identify potential customer requirements and best Solutions for the Warehousing entity.

Customer oriented

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the solutions provided.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitor the performance of solutions and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Procedures, Documentation, Trainings

Develop and maintain documentation related to solutions, including standard operating procedures and training materials.

Regulations

Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure that solutions are compliant.

Skills required:

Degree holder in Project Management/ Logistics/ Warehouse Solution Design related area

Required 2 years or above relevant working experience

Fluent in English

Work in MNCs before in preferable

Good computer knowledge of data processing, email routines, especially MS Office
