Regional Supply Chain Finance Manager (Operations & Transformation)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Regional Scope) - BTS Line

The Role

WeNetwork is exclusively partnering with by a Global Manufacturing leader to identify a Regional Supply Chain Finance Manager. This is a pivotal, high-impact role designed for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing operations and financial strategy.

Reporting to the Global Finance Director based overseas, you will lead the financial governance and transformation of their global production networks. You will move beyond traditional reporting to act as a primary architect for standard costing frameworks, process automation, and regional financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Finance & Standard Costing

  • Technical Oversight: Lead the annual global cost roll-over and manage weekly cost-rolling for new product introductions across international production sites.
  • Price Variance Governance: Own the validation and reporting of Manufacturing Price Variances, ensuring a clear link between operational performance and financial results.
  • Trade Agreement Management: Oversee the setup and governance of international trade agreements and conduct regional markup reviews to ensure global margin integrity.

2. Strategic Planning & Business Partnering

  • Regional Reporting: Independently manage the full financial reporting and forecasting cycles for global production centers and third-party manufacturing partnerships.
  • Decision Support: Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing high-impact financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) evaluations.
  • Profitability Insights: Perform deep-dive product and brand-level analysis to identify structural opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

3. Finance Transformation & System Strategy

  • Process Leadership: Drive the end-to-end transformation of supply chain finance workflows, replacing manual processes with automated, scalable governance models.
  • System Optimization: Partner with IT to enhance ERP capabilities for production costing, financial planning, and cross-border trade tracking.
  • Data Integrity: Establish standardized financial frameworks to ensure consistent reporting across diverse manufacturing regions (including Asia, Americas, and Europe).

The Ideal Profile

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 7 years of finance experience, with a proven track record specifically within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep, practical expertise in Standard Costing and manufacturing finance operations is essential.
  • Systems & Data: Proficiency in ERP systems and high-level Excel modeling; comfortable handling big data analysis.
  • Global Scope: Proven experience in a regional or global capacity, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones (Singapore, US, Germany, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
