Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-Year Contract)
Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate
Working Hours: 07:40 – 16:40 (Monday to Friday)

Delta Electronics is a global leader in power electronics and energy management solutions. We are currently seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring activities for our Southeast Asia (SEA) Solution Business.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams across multiple countries
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview arrangements, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels to support hiring needs
- Maintain and update candidate data to ensure accuracy and a smooth recruitment process
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely hiring progress across SEA markets
- Support ad-hoc recruitment and talent acquisition projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience in interview coordination, candidate management, or sourcing is preferred
- Comfortable working in English in a professional environment
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or recruitment tools is a plus
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country hiring is an advantage
