Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys building strong talent pipelines, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll partner closely with Hiring Managers and the SEA TA Lead to bring in top talent—balancing speed, quality, and operational excellence while managing multiple roles simultaneously.

What You'll Be Doing

Own End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for early-career to mid-level roles across SEA
  • Handle 30–50 active requisitions at any given time, ensuring timely delivery
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines

Source & Engage Top Talent

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local networks
  • Use Boolean and targeted search strategies to build strong talent pipelines
  • Drive candidate outreach, engagement, and employer branding efforts

Deliver a Great Candidate Experience

  • Conduct structured screening calls assessing experience, motivation, and fit
  • Present high-quality shortlists within agreed timelines
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process

Drive Offers & Closures

  • Partner with HR on offer preparation and rollout
  • Lead pre-closing conversations to secure candidate commitment
  • Minimize drop-offs and ensure a positive end-to-end experience

Ensure Strong TA Operations

  • Maintain accurate and consistent data in Workday ATS (pipeline tracking, documentation, compliance)
  • Provide regular hiring updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally covering Southeast Asia markets
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Experience managing multiple roles concurrently with strong prioritization skills
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative channels
  • Familiarity with Workday (ATS) is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Thai (required)
  • Additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus
