Position Summary
The Regulatory Affairs & Healthcare Business Development Manager plays a dual strategic role: ensuring full regulatory compliance for all health, wellness, cosmetics, and beauty products, while driving business growth through market expansion, product portfolio enhancement, and partnerships. This role serves as the key liaison between internal teams, regulatory agencies, suppliers, and healthcare partners to secure market access and maximize commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supervisor to develop regulatory related strategies and healthcare related driving company revenue growth.
- Support team and ensure the effective implementation and tracking for regulatory plan and healthcare projects versus milestone and goal
- Lead for government affairs operation and healthcare policy stakeholder engagement with FDA, NHSO (National health security office), Pharmacist council, Pharmacist Association or Medical societies for all topics related to the drugstore license and healthcare programs
- Lead to drive high standard of pharmacist operation and drugstore to Thai FDA and The Pharmacist council through Store accreditation program and take lead to update for new regulation as My Pharmacist application or Tele health regulation.
- Take lead to support commercial team and other cross functional team for product license, Store license, Pharmacist license, Import- Export license for cosmetic, hazardous, medical devices, medicines, new product (NPD) since pre-launch to post-launch including advertising regulatory check, product safety and involve in customer complain process.
- Support supervisor to develop strategy and wise execution plan gaining sales and profit for both Government healthcare program (such as the Common Illness program, ATK or Contraceptive program) also the Tele-health programs such as BMA Tele pharmacy and other Tele-medicine platforms. (MorDee, Pharmcare, BeDee)
- Develop and ensure the wise execution for both Gov. Healthcare program and the Tele- health programs. Keep explore opportunities through from Government health focus, also, the online healthcare platforms in Thailand.
- Achieve finance goal and reduce percent of call drop off as priorities.
- Lead the Tele-pharmacist team to drive business and deliver standard of pharmaceutical care with alignment to local FDA and company compliance
- Support supervisor for team budget & staff performance management
- Deliver leadership for company compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, healthcare business development, or product registration (preferably in retail, FMCG, pharma, or beauty industries).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for pharmacy license, cosmetics, personal care, dietary supplements, OTC products, and medical devices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
