Regulatory Affairs Officer

BioActive+ is a science-driven wellness company committed to delivering premium nutritional supplements and functional health products made with high-quality ingredients. As we continue expanding into global markets, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to support international product registration, regulatory compliance, and market entry strategies.

The Regulatory Affairs Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company's products comply with applicable local and international regulatory requirements. This role manages regulatory submissions, product registrations, documentation, labeling compliance, and supports new product launches by coordinating with internal departments and external regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage product registrations, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and product dossiers.
• Review product labels, packaging, and marketing claims for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor changes in regulations and provide regulatory guidance to internal teams.
• Support product launches, regulatory audits, inspections, and certification requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Thai FDA regulations; international regulatory experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good English communication.
