Responsibilities:
- Prepare product specifications and related information upon request and complete them within a restricted deadline.
- Prepare FDA documents for shipment clearance.
- Prepare documents for food and animal feed product registration with the FDA, DLD, and relevant government authorities.
- Review the product formulation and advise.
- Support artwork and product claims reviews upon request.
- Advise on regulations related to food products, food quality standards, and importation, and update regulations as needed.
- Coordinate with supplier to request product information and product samples
- Update new regulation or any changes which will impact the company
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Qualification:
- At least 1-3 years experience in Food product registration or related field.
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Food Science, Food technology or related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with regulation knowledge.
- Demonstrate a real working knowledge of Thai FDA & DLD regulations.
- Ability to work independently and mature.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Working day : Monday - Friday
