Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regulatory Affairs Specialist role based in Lam Luk Ka. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will manage regulatory documentation for pet food products, ensuring alignment with local and international regulatory requirements relevant to raw materials, production processes, labeling, and packaging. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory dossiers and registrations, coordinating with internal teams (R&D, quality, production, and sales) to collect necessary data and maintain compliant product information. The specialist will monitor regulatory changes and industry standards, advise stakeholders on compliance implications, and support audits and inspections with accurate records and reports. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining regulatory databases, contributing to risk assessments, and supporting continuous improvement in regulatory processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Requirements, with an understanding of food or pet food regulations and standards.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Regulatory Documentation and Regulatory Submissions, including experience preparing, organizing, and filing applications with relevant authorities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Regulatory Compliance, ensuring that products, processes, labeling, and claims meet applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Relevant experience in the food, pet food, or FMCG manufacturing industry is beneficial, particularly in an export-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Veterinary Science, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical and legal documents.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and regulatory tracking tools; familiarity with international markets (e.g., EU, US, Asia-Pacific) is a plus.
