Purpose of the Job:
The primary objective of the Relationship Management Associate is to provide dedicated support to high-net-worth customers with significant investments in cryptocurrencies. The role focuses on delivering personalized assistance, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Relationship Management team in managing and maintaining relationships with VVIP clients throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and ongoing client support.
- Serve as a key contact point for VVIP clients by providing assistance, responding to inquiries, coordinating client requests, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality client experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to support client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in the execution of VVIP campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotional initiatives to enhance client engagement and encourage trading activity on the platform.
- Support the planning and coordination of exclusive VVIP activities such as private events, market briefings, and networking sessions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and perform follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor client activities and support the RM team in identifying opportunities to increase engagement, strengthen relationships, and drive trading volume.
- Prepare client reports, internal updates, and data tracking related to VVIP client engagement and performance.
- Assist in managing partner privileges and client benefit programs to enhance the overall VVIP client experience.
- Ensure that all client interactions and activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in customer relationship management, financial services, fintech, or other client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams and manage client requests efficiently.
- Interest or knowledge in cryptocurrency, digital assets, or financial markets is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible working hours with 5 working days & 2 days off per week (Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays)
