Sales KPI Ownership: Achieve and exceed targets (revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT) by actively managing performance and maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
New Client Acquisition: Identify and convert new high-potential clients via networking, referrals, and in-store opportunities to expand the Vega base.
Product Expertise: Provide confident styling and product recommendations based on strong knowledge of luxury brands and trends.
Operations: Manage end-to-end client journeys and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related fields.
Experience: 0-2 years in luxury retail or high-end sales with proven KPI achievement and VIP client handling. New graduate are also welcome.
Sales Skills: Strong commercial mindset with ability to track and improve performance metrics.
Clienteling: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a service driven approach.
Product Knowledge: Good understanding of luxury brands, trends, and styling.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (reporting, analysis) and PowerPoint (presentations), CRM experience preferred.
