Responsibility
- Understand the needs of HNW users and generate actionable insights to enhance the best experience.
- Design and implement end-to-end user experiences tailored for targeted customers.
- Own and manage the product roadmap dedicated to serving the targeted customers.
- Develop and execute user acquisition and retention strategies for targeted customers.
- Support the team in sourcing, developing, and managing large-scale partnerships to drive user growth and trading volume on platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all initiatives.
Requirement
- Experience in relationship management and client management.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high sense of ownership; able to formulate strategies, develop plans, and execute with minimal supervision.
- Strong interest in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and technology space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as the role is highly external-facing with clients and partners.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity.
- User-focused and data-driven, with the ability to design, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics and dashboards.
