Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Role in Bangkok City, Thailand for a Relationship Manager (Hunter). The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying new clients and business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting the organization's financial services, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing client proposals, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the company, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction while supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sale skills
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or factoring is highly advantageous
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business productivity software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
  • Fluency in Thai is required; proficiency in English is also preferred
