Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Hunter) role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring new SME clients, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for factoring products and services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and presentations, assessing client needs, and proposing appropriate financial solutions. The role also involves preparing basic documentation for credit assessment, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Relationship Manager is expected to meet sales targets, monitor market trends, and represent the company professionally at networking events and industry activities.
Qualifications
- Strong client acquisition and business development abilities, with experience in hunting for new SME customers or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of financial services, lending, or factoring products, and the ability to explain solutions clearly to prospective clients.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Analytical skills to understand client financial information, assess basic creditworthiness, and identify suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools, along with general computer literacy (e.g., MS Office).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
