We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Relationship Manager for our growing team. The successful candidate will help generate new business from international leads.

Job description:
- Manage and sell to incoming sales enquiries for individual medical and life insurance products from i-Brokers marketing channels
- Create, develop and maintain relationships with new individual prospective and existing clients
- Aid in producing pre-sales materials and proposals
- Carry out customer needs analysis
- Create a prospect database of potential clients
- Aid in producing pre-sales materials and proposals
- Account manage existing client portfolio of assigned clients
- Provide support and input on group strategy, processes and projects
- Cross sale into existing client accounts for new lines of insurance
- Run analysis on benefits projects, including market benchmarking and trends predictions
- Help maintain relationships with our company partners
- Conduct training and provide ongoing input on teams pipeline management
- Other ad hoc duties to further grow and develop the business
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher
Excellent telephone manner
Sales experience within the insurance sector in particular medical and life insurance
Good computer literacy
Excellent command of English (fluent)
Strong communication and organizational skills Service minded, well-organized, proactive, positive attitude
