Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager – Seller Success & Growth, you will own the post-onboarding success journey of sellers on the AdxReel platform. Your primary responsibility is to ensure sellers become active, successfully launch their products, generate consistent sales, and achieve sustainable business growth.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, helping them optimize their stores, improve advertising performance, resolve operational challenges, and maximize long-term success. This role is critical in increasing seller retention, improving platform revenue, and delivering an outstanding seller experience.
Work Mode
This position follows a two-phase employment model:
Phase 1 – Work From Home (Probation)
- Duration: First 3 months
- Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
- During probation, employees will receive product training, process orientation, CRM training, and performance coaching while managing sellers remotely.
- Employees must have a professional work environment, reliable internet connectivity, and be available during official working hours.
Phase 2 – Full-Time On-Site Employment
- Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation of employment, the role transitions to full-time on-site.
- Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Employees are expected to relocate (if applicable) and work from the AdxReel office as per company policy.
Note: Confirmation of employment and transition to the on-site role are subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period and business requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSeller Activation & Platform Adoption
- Ensure newly onboarded sellers successfully activate their accounts.
- Assist sellers with complete store setup and platform configuration.
- Guide sellers throughout their post-onboarding journey.
- Educate sellers about platform features, advertising solutions, affiliate opportunities, analytics, and business growth tools.
Catalog Management & Product Listings
- Assist sellers in creating high-quality product catalogs.
- Support sellers with product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory management.
- Review listings to ensure compliance with AdxReel quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing-related issues.
Campaign Management & Sales Growth
- Help sellers launch their first advertising campaigns.
- Recommend campaign optimization strategies based on business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Promote adoption of additional AdxReel marketing and commerce solutions.
Seller Success & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with assigned sellers.
- Conduct regular business review meetings and follow-up calls.
- Understand seller challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Represent the voice of sellers by sharing valuable feedback with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Revenue Growth & Retention
- Support sellers in increasing product visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive platform adoption of new features and premium services.
- Improve seller retention through proactive engagement.
- Identify churn risks early and implement corrective action plans.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams to resolve seller issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of seller queries and escalations.
- Maintain high seller satisfaction and service quality.
- Build trust through proactive communication and consultative support.
CRM & Performance Reporting
- Maintain complete seller interaction history within the CRM.
- Update account activities, follow-ups, and action plans.
- Track seller engagement, campaign performance, GMV growth, and account health.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
