Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced
Senior Relationship Manager with a proven track record of excellence in business development and the potential or experience to lead a high-performing team. In this role, you will act as a
Player-Coachmanaging your own high-value portfolio of Corporate and SME clients while mentoring and driving a team of RMs toward collective success.
You will be at the forefront of driving growth across our diverse lending ecosystem, including
Factoring, Financial Lease, Project Finance, and Auto-related loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Growth: Originate and manage a high-quality portfolio of Corporate and SME clients, delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of a team of RMs. Provide hands-on coaching on sales techniques, credit structuring, and client management.
- Deal Structuring & Advisory: Lead the end-to-end process for complex financial solutions, including Working Capital, Factoring, and Asset-based financing.
- Credit Excellence: Oversee the credit underwriting process, ensuring comprehensive financial due diligence and high-quality risk assessment.
- Network Synergy: Leverage our extensive corporate ecosystem to identify cross-selling opportunities and strengthen strategic business ties.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 8 years in Banking or Non-bank financial institutions (Title Loan, Leasing, or Factoring).
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in people management (minimum 3 years) or a strong track record as a Senior RM with clear leadership potential.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending (Factoring/Lease) and/or Retail Credit Products (Auto Title Loan).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional credit analysis skills (Certification like OMEGA is a plus) and a strong understanding of complex financial structures.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
