About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition, community development, and sales performance within the Thailand market. This role combines sales execution, relationship management, and partnership development, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Affiliate teams to increase trading volume, revenue, and overall brand presence. This position is well suited for candidates with strong FOREX industry experience, an established local network, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in the online trading industry.
Responsibilities
Sales & Community Growth
- Identify, onboard, and manage institutional and retail clients, expanding the broker's local trading ecosystem.
- Drive trading activity, revenue growth, and market share through structured sales initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.
- Set, monitor, and manage sales targets to ensure consistent performance and delivery.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives focused on Thailand and native-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through multiple channels, including social media, affiliates, KOLs, IBs, and other relevant platforms.
Client Relationship & Support Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between the community, sales teams, and customer support to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Identify and engage community advocates to strengthen brand loyalty and positive client referrals.
Events & Brand Presence
- Plan and execute online and offline events, including webinars, seminars, and community meetups.
- Generate qualified leads and enhance client engagement through targeted event initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales and community activities with broader marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product team by providing market feedback and client insights to support product enhancements.
- Partner with the Affiliate & Partner team to grow, manage, and support local IBs, partners, and affiliate networks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in FOREX / online trading sales (mandatory).
- Strong background in FX sales, including trading platforms, trading robots, or trading software solutions.
- Established professional network within the Thailand market.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and industry dynamics.
- Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Thai or Burmese and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
