Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in Bangkok, operating within a bullion house and trading-floor environment. The role is front-office and revenue-driven, with a primary focus on client origination, relationship management, and trading volume growth.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of institutional and professional clients, including bullion banks, trading houses, refiners, wholesalers, and corporate counterparties. Key responsibilities include generating trading flow, identifying arbitrage and market-driven opportunities, supporting spot and physical bullion transactions, and maintaining active client engagement in line with market movements.
The role requires close coordination with internal trading, operations, risk, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure competitive pricing, efficient deal execution, and disciplined risk management. Frequent domestic and international travel may be required to support client development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
