Your Job
Assist engineers in daily electrical maintenance operations, including equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
Participate in preventive maintenance and documentation of maintenance activities. Support continuous improvement projects to optimize performance.

You will work closely with Maintenance Supervisor and Manager under Reliability Dept.
What You Will Do
- Support maintenance activities for factory machinery as assigned
- Perform basic inspections of machines and equipment, including functional checks and basic measurement
- Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Prepare tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance work
- Record maintenance activities in company forms or systems
- Work closely with technicians and engineers in the department
- Follow all safety rules, housekeeping standards, and related factory regulations (5S / Safety)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering of Electrical Power, Industrial Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Mechanics, or other related fields
- Strong interest in machinery maintenance within an industrial environment
- Fast learner with good teamwork skills
- High Responsible, Proactive, and willing to learn new things
- Previous practical or internship experience in technical work is an advantage

Familiarity with electrical diagrams, troubleshooting, or industrial equipment is beneficial. A positive attitude, curiosity, and initiative to take on challenges will put you ahead. Strong communication and teamwork skills will help you succeed in this internship.
