Responsibilities
Maximize Technical Availability and Asset Reliability across all production lines by effectively leading, promoting and introducing analytical problem solving techniques to maximize the overall asset effectiveness
Lead the site Asset Reliability program. Own and develop the site Analytical Problem Solving, (APS) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems, be the gatekeeper for effective closure ensuring all relevant
Manage the Condition Monitoring & Lubrication program on route to zero (planned) maintenance time concept this will drive an increase in technical availability
Undertake a comprehensive Con Mon/lube skills gap analysis to help develop technical training
Engage with operational sites and field M&R teams to discuss current capabilities and develop tactical game plan

Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering fields
Minimum 3 years experiences in engineering field at manufacturing
Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
Good in Thai and English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
Minimum 1 year experiences in supervisory.
Has experiences in Food industry, FMCG is preferable.
