About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Sales Analyst to turn sales data into insights that drive strategic decisions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and can translate numbers into actionable recommendations for the sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use tools (Excel, SQL) to analyze business data and identify trends or anomalies. Suggest enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership in clear, concise formats.
- Forecast demand with data-driven accuracy.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales reporting data.
- Prevent stockouts and capture every sale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel modeling or forecast-building skills.
- Intermediate-High English language proficiency (At least a B2 level).
- Excellent quantitative, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
