In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing the web roadmap alongside the Director of Growth. Your responsibilities encompass planning, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of various web initiatives including site redesigns and content updates. Your position will also foster collaboration among developers, designers, and content creators, driving efficiency and strategic execution. Accountabilities
- Execute the web roadmap defined by leadership, including theme rebuilds and site redesigns.
- Translate strategic requirements into detailed project plans with timelines and clear ownership.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-track delivery.
- Coordinate daily work for web developers and designers, ensuring alignment on priorities.
- Own ClickUp for maintaining project plans and facilitating communication.
- Oversee execution within WordPress, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts and enhance overall project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web or digital project management.
- Proven ability to manage teams of developers, designers, and content workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp project management tool.
- Solid experience working with WordPress platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
