Leader role for the Renewable Energy component of the Natural Resources segment of Aon Thailand. Assist the Head of Natural Resources to devise Renewable Energy business development strategy for Aon Thailand. Lead the agreed broking strategies, in collaboration with Aon Regional/Global colleagues and international carriers, to ensure a clear path to successful business development outcomes and growth.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Establishing a business plan to build up Renewable Energy business portfolio for Aon Thailand.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities via new and / or expanded business relating to the Renewable Energy Specialty in Thailand.
- Establishing and monitoring pipelines and sales target for Renewable Energy sector.
- Providing advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available coverage and capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage enhancements and market progress within scope of responsibility.
- Collaborating with Aon Regional/Global Broking Centers per overall business goals & objectives to deliver our value proposition at all times in an Aon United manner.
- Developing, maintaining, and managing senior relationships with key Energy clients, prospects, and markets.
- Advocating and delivering thought leadership, best practice, and industry technical expertise to clients, prospects, and colleagues.
- Identifying and keeping up to date with sector and market trends relative to Renewable Energy clients and prospects.
- Servicing and / or supporting to a portfolio of corporate clients in the Renewable Energy sector (both operational and construction risks) and all associated day-to-day account management.
- Supporting and/or handling claims administration, management, and advocacy.
- Driving external marketing initiatives to promote Aon's Renewable Energy capabilities and thought leadership in the industry.
- Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- At least 7+ years experience in the Energy, Power, Construction or Infrastructure insurance, or relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated business development track record, including executive business decision-maker contacts, C-level sales, advanced negotiation, deal structuring, and sales contract experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- Self-disciplined, organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
- Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
- Fluency in Thai and English is required
